Donum Terra crafts every piece with care and intention. Your satisfaction means everything to us.

Returns. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at donum.terra@proton.me with your order number and reason for return.

Exchanges. We're happy to exchange items for a different size or style within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items. Custom or personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we'll cover the return shipping and send a replacement at no charge.
