Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (Canada)
- Standard shipping: $12.00 CAD (free on orders over $75 CAD)
- Express shipping: $20.00 CAD
United States
- Standard shipping: $7.90–$29.90 CAD based on weight (free on orders over $100 CAD)
- Express shipping: $34.90 CAD (orders up to 1.5 kg)
International Shipping We ship to 26 countries worldwide. International rates are calculated at checkout via Canada Post based on your location and order weight.
Delivery Times Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only — they do not include processing time:
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
